• 2 pouches of A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice
• 2 tbsp Bachan's Miso Japanese Barbeque Sauce
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup onion, diced
• 1/2 cup carrot, diced
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can of turkey Spam, diced
• 2 eggs, scrambled
• 1/4 green onion, chopped
Instructions
• Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and carrots and sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until onions become translucent.
• Add diced spam to the skillet and sauté for 7-10 minutes, or until spam starts to become crispy.
• Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
• Add 2 pouches of A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice and Bachan's Miso Japanese Barbeque Sauce. Stir to combine and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until rice is heated all the way through.
• Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet, and pour the eggs onto the other side of the skillet. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked and then combine with the rest of the rice mixture.
