• Heat up both pouches of A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice and Trini Chickpea Curry in the microwave.
• In a large bowl, add Sea Salt Rice, red onion, red bell pepper, cucumber, garlic, cherry tomatoes, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, sweet corn and feta. Add the Trini Chickpea Curry, making sure to strain out some of the liquid.
• Add lemon juice, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt & pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
