• 1 pouch of ADC Jamaican Jerk Entrée Seasoning Sauce
• 3 bell peppers, whole
• 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, coconut oil, or olive oil
• 1 pouch of ADC Cuban Black Beans
• 1/4 cup of your stock of choice or water
• 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 ounce of cilantro, chopped
Instructions
• Place entire package of ground turkey in a mixing bowl and pour A Dozen Cousins' Jamaican Jerk Entrée Seasoning Sauce.
• Mix until ground turkey is fully coated in sauce.
• Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
• In a pan, over medium to high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook your ground turkey until brown.
• Remove the ground turkey from heat and allow to cool for about one minute.
Cut the very top of your bell peppers (the stem portion), remove the seeds from inside, and cut your bell peppers in half, vertically.
• Place your cut bell peppers facing up and, into an uncovered baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
• While that's baking, pour the entire pouch of A Dozen Cousins' Cuban Black Beans on top of your cooked ground turkey and mix well.
• Remove the bell peppers from the oven and begin to assemble them with your ground turkey and black bean mixture within the baking pan. Be sure to stuff your bell peppers fully.
• Top each bell pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese (or any choice of cheese good for melting).
• Pour 1/4 cup of your stock of choice or water, into the bottom of the baking pan, forming a low "bath" for your bell peppers.
• Cover your baking pan with aluminum foil and continue baking at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
• Once the baking time is up, uncover your bell peppers completely and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
