    • 2 sheets puff pastry

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • 1/4 white onion, diced

    • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced

    • 2 garlic cloves, minced

    • 1/2 lb ground chicken

    • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

  • Instructions

    • Preheat oven according to puff pastry package instructions.

    • Prepare puff pastry according to the package instructions.

    • Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, or until onions turn translucent.

    • Add garlic, ground chicken, green onion and 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Jamaican Jerk Entrée Seasoning Sauce. Break up ground chicken and sauté for 10 minutes, or until ground chicken is fully cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

    • Take prepped puff pastry and roll it out to desired thickness. Take a round cookie cutter, or cup, and cut out circles.

    • Place 1-2 tbsp of ground chicken filling in the center of each circle. Fold over one half of the circle onto the other to form a semi-circle and pinch close. Using a fork, press the edges together to ensure each patty is properly sealed.

    • Place patties on a baking sheet and bake in oven according to puff pastry package instructions.
