  • Ingredients

    • 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Classic Refried Pinto Beans
    • 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Peruvian Pollo A La Brasa Entree Seasoning Sauce
    • 1 tbsp avocado oil
    • 10 mini flour tortillas
    • 1 cup shredded chicken
    • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • Salsa
    • Pickled jalapeños (optional)

  • Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a muffin pan with avocado oil. Set aside.

    • Using a cup or circular cookie cutter, cut flour tortillas to size according to your muffin pan.

    • In a separate bowl, combine shredded chicken with 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Peruvian Pollo A La Brasa Entrée Seasoning Sauce.

    • Heat up 1 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Classic Refried Pinto Beans in the microwave.

    • In the greased muffin pan, press flour tortillas onto the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin cups. Fill each tortilla with 1 spoonful of shredded chicken and then 1 spoonful of refried pinto beans. Top with shredded cheese.

    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.

    • Garnish with salsa and pickled jalapeños.
