• 1/2 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Mexican Pollo Asado Entrée Seasoning Sauce
• 2 cups chicken, shredded
• 2 avocados, mashed
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
• salt and pepper, to taste
• Corn tostadas
• Cotija cheese, crumbled
Instructions
• In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, avocado, lime juice, and 1/2 pouch of A Dozen Cousins Mexican Pollo Asado Entrée Seasoning Sauce. Mix until well combined.
• Add green onions, cilantro and salt & pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
• Spread mixture onto corn tostada and garnish with cotija cheese.
